Latin Culture Club
Students will explore the vibrant cultures of Latin America through fun activities. From music and food to traditions and celebrations, we focus on helping students appreciate the richness and diversity of Latin American countries.
Our Mission:
To celebrate and learn about the languages, customs, and creative traditions of Latin America while building respect for cultural diversity in our school and community.
What students will do:
* Discover Latin American music and traditional dances like salsa, cumbia, and merengue
* Participate in fun cultural crafts and art projects
* Know about Traditional Latin American foods
* Celebrate important holidays like Día de los Muertos, Carnaval, and Independence Days
* Learn basic Spanish words used in everyday life
* Hear stories and traditions from different Latin American countries
Who Can Join:
All middle school students are welcome! No Spanish language experience is required (just an open mind and curiosity to learn).
