Favorite thing about teaching or working at Sullivan?
My favorite thing about teaching is when I see the light bulb come on and the excitement students show when they finally understand something that was taught to them.
A little bit about yourself--where are you from? What do you like to do?
I am originally from Canton, Ohio but have lived in Rock Hill for 28 years. I attended Winthrop University for my undergrad degree and Converse College for my master's degree. I love reading, gardening, cooking and spending time with my family. I also love Ohio State Football!
Which of the 7 Habits do you connect with most, and why?
Currently, "Put first Things First". I am prioritizing what the most important task that needs to be done is and completing that task before moving on to another. I find that when I try to do to much at once nothing gets done right and the work piles up.
