How do you help students become leaders in their own learning?
Teach them how to think about their thinking, provide opportunities for self-assessment. Encourage student voice and create a supportive environment where they feel safe to take risks and lead.
What's one way you "sharpen the saw" and take care of yourself?
By setting aside time each day to unplug from life and go for a walk- no electronics just me and nature, it helps clear my mind and recharge.
