Allow them to question, ask them questions, and lead by example are a few ways that I have led my students to become leaders in their own learning over the years.

Since I am always focusing on having contingency plans so that I have less surprises pop up, I think that both being proactive and beginning with the end in mind are the two habits I connect with the most.
